It’s Between You & God
If you ever thought, “God, if you exist, make Yourself known to me;” He placed this testimony in your hands. In a real way, Jesus Christ is calling you! It is up to you to respond to Him. Wherever you may be on your spiritual journey, I invite you to consider saying one of these prayers. Choose the one most appropriate.
Response #1: Thanks
If this is new and you do not have much background in relation to Jesus, say: “Dear God, thank you for the encouragement I received. Amen.”
Response #2: Acknowledgement
If you are open to learn more about Jesus, but, are not ready to receive Him as your personal Lord and Savior, say: “Dear God, I sense You are doing something important. I realize there is more to learn. I look forward to taking further steps. Amen.”
Response #3: Acceptance
If you are ready to make a decision to put your faith in Christ and have a personal relationship with God say: “Jesus, thank you for your love in dying on the cross for my sins. Today, I choose to open my heart to you and invite you to be the Lord and Savior of my life. I commit my life to you. I am determined, with Your help, to turn from any sinful ways and follow You. There is more to life than what I am experiencing. Help me grow into a fully devoted follower who will live an abundant life. Amen.”
